Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2011in the Chapel of the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Glendive with Father Joseph Ponessa officiating. Interment will be held in the Dawson Memorial Cemetery in Glendive.

Stephen Walter Dixson was born May 20, 1926, in Decatur, Ill., to George Eli and Donalda (Nichols) Dixson. He died July 26, 2011, at the Mountainview Medical Center in White Sulphur Springs.

John Heimbuch, age 97, passed away Friday, August 5, 2011 at the Glendive Medical Center Extended Care in Glendive, Montana. Visitation was held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at the Silvernale-Silha Funeral Home in Glendive. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Glendive with Pastor James Hageman officiating. Interment will be held in the Dawson Memorial Cemetery in Glendive.
On July 27th at 9:50 p.m. Esther Gackle Kogele, beloved and cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went to be with her Savior and Lord. He wrapped his arms around her and whispered in her ear “Well done my good and faithful servant.”
