Terry Yippee! will be celebrating its 30th year, Saturday, July 30. Activities will include the Terry Yippee Cornhole Tournament in Murn Park, and an Areancross and ATV Pull at the Prairie County Fairgrounds. The day will conclude with an evening dance with Spectrum performing downtown from 8 p.m. to midnight.
Registration for the 2011 Terry Yippee Cornhole Tournament will begin at 9 a.m. The lawn game is sponsored by the Prairie Community Hospital and offers cash payouts for first and second place teams.
A calcutta will begin at 12:30 p.m. for the final 8 teams in play.
Players must be at least 10 years old in order to participate.

The Prairie County Motorcycle Association is offering its fourth annual Areanacross and ATV Pull. The main event begins at 3 p.m.
Walkers are also encouraged to walk along the Prairie Historical Trail ... Along the Yellowstone Trail, which starts at the Kempton Hotel, where maps and more information on the volkswalk are available.
Along with Saturday evening’s street dance by Spectrum, there will also be a Friday evening concert at the fairgrounds, sponsored by the PCMA. A bluegrass performance by Milestown will open up the evening event at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Montana-based popular band The Clintons.
