Sportsmen’s charity trapshoot set

  Over $2,000 in prizes are up for grabs in the Holy Rosary Healthcare Foundation Sportsmen’s Charity Classic Trap Shoot & Annie Oakley Shoot-Out scheduled for Saturday, September 11 in Miles City.  

The event begins at 9am at the Custer Rod and Gun Club field at Spotted Eagle Recreation Area in Miles City.  Fifty shooters will compete for team and individual prizes including $500 in Red Rock Sporting Good gift certificates, gun scopes, ammunition, hunting clothing, and much more.  
One of the day’s features includes the Annie Oakley Shoot-Out where the top shooter will win a Remington 870 Wingmaster shotgun from Steadman’s Ace Hardware, the event presenting sponsor.  Additional draws for the day include a Las Vegas and Sedona, Arizona vacation package for one lucky person and the raffle giveaway of a new Polaris Sportsman 500 4x4 ATV.  A barbecue lunch will be served all day; the event is expected to conclude by mid-afternoon.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the eastern Montana cancer project to enhance cancer services available at Holy Rosary Healthcare.
