Kenneth Russell Bolin, 69

  Kenneth Russell Bolin of Springfield, Ore. died Oct. 25, 2009 of complications stemming from an infection due to heart failure. He was 69. Private entombment was held at Springfield Memorial Gardens.

Ken was born March 31, 1940, in Scobey, Mont., to Russell and Lola Calhoun Bolin. He married Carol Ophaung on Nov. 25, 1961. They divorced in 1976. He married Nancy Fennell on Sept. 5, 1981, in Reno, Nev.
Ken graduated from Terry High School and attended Concordia College in Morehead, Minn. He was a vice president at US Bank.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter Kay Ann Sawyer of Salem; two sons, Russell Bolin of Roseburg and David Bolin of Albany; two stepsons, Eric Fennell of Vancouver, Wash., and Todd Fennell of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Judy Hopkins of Terry, Mont.; and eight grandchildren.
