Landowners' rights issue at meetings

  Mr. Frank Falen of the Budd-Falen Law Firm will be speaking to landowners about landowner rights and the Trans-Canada Keystone XL Pipeline on Friday, October 23, 2009 at Thee Garage in Baker, Mont. at 7:00 p.m. and in Glendive on Saturday,  October 24, 2009 at The Yellowstone River Inn at 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Falen has been retained by the Eastern Montana Landowners Group LLC in coalition with Protect South Dakota Resources LLC and Landowners for Fairness LLC in Nebraska.
This three state coalition is not against the Keystone XL Pipeline but have united to insure the landowners on liability, reclamation, abandonment and fair and equitable compensation issues.
The Budd-Falen Law Firm is well known for its work with landowners rights, having represented landowners across the United States. Mr. Falen will present many pertinent facts and answer questions.
All landowners are encouraged and welcomed to attend.
