Stabbing reported Saturday night in Fallon

        The Prairie County sheriff’s office responded to a call Saturday night, reporting a stabbing that occurred in front of a bar in Fallon. 

Stanley Box of Terry was taken into custody and charged with felony aggravated assault after stabbing a male victim causing a minor knife wound to the chest area, near the shoulder. 
A bayonet-type knife with a 10-inch blade was used during the assault, according to Prairie County Sheriff Bill Klunder. About four people witnessed the attack.
The victim was treated at Prairie Community Hospital and released that same evening.
Box is now being held at the Dawson County Correctional Facility on a $30,000 bond. He is awaiting an appearance date at district court.
