Fallon Council plans summer and fall events

        Members of the Fallon Village Council met June 9 to discuss upcoming summer plans and the annual Fallon Harvest Festival.

This year’s harvest festival will be held Sunday of Labor Day weekend, September 6.
Whiskey River Band will perform for the evening street dance. 
The parade theme is The Bloomin’ Prairie and is open to all for floats and entries. No pre-registration is required until 30 minutes prior to the parade. 
A full day of activities will be planned and finalized at future meetings. 
Other items discussed included park maintenance and clean-up projects.
