  Harold E. "Hank" Henry, 65, of West Baldwin died on November 28, 2013 at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Albany, Oregon on October 20, 1948 a son of Edward and Evelyn (Schuld) Henry and attended Montana schools. He proudly served and retired from the U.S. Army where he was a marksman, drill sergeant and military police. Hank then went into the Army Reserves where he met Wayne Martini, a man who became like a brother to him and his best friend. He worked with Wayne at Marcera Martini as a truck driver for over 20 years until his illness forced his retirement.

Hank married his wife Virginia on September 27, 1997. He was her best friend and the love of her life. He was an amazing man with open arms and a beautiful soul. He was strong, compassionate, caring and was always there for his family. He loved his daughter Jessica and couldn't be more proud of her. She was not only his daughter, but his friend and also his nurse throughout his illness. 
Hank had always been an avid outdoorsman and he loved spending time with his grandson Carlos. He took him hunting, fishing and camping and they shared a loving bond that will last a lifetime.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Virginia Henry of West Baldwin. 3 daughters, Jessica Deleon and grandson Carlos Philpotts of Limerick, Maine, Stephanie Henry of Kentucky and Rebecca Flinn and grandchildren Maggie, Joseph, Chase and Amanda of Florida. A son, Shane Henry of Kentucky. 3 brothers: Lester, Arthur and Mark Henry and 3 sisters: Joyce Anderson, Carol Henry and Lucinda Henry.
A memorial service was held Saturday, December 7, at the Watson, Neal & York Funeral Home.
