Terry Roping Club prepares for 65th 4th of July Rodeo

  It will be a full day of rodeo action, as the Terry Roping Club makes preparations for the  65th annual July 4th Rodeo at the Prairie County Fairgrounds. 

New to this year’s rodeo will be the stock saddle bronc riding, which will replace bareback bronc riding. Belt buckles will be awarded to winners of events.
Kids Rodeo is set to begin at 9 a.m., with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. Calcutta will follow at 12:15 p.m., giving rodeo attendees the opportunity to bid on contestants competing in the saddle bronc, barrel racing and old timers ribbon roping events. Grand Entry begins at 1 p.m.
