Churches prepare summer VBS programs

  The summer Vacation Bible School schedule has already kicked into action with the Presbyterian Church and Fallon Evangelical Church hosting their VBS programs this month. Opportunities for children to attend VBS will be available through July.

The Trinity Lutheran Church will have its second annual soccer VBS from June 24th till the 26th. Soccer skills will be honed in on during the morning, while Bible stories and crafts will fill up the afternoons. Lunch will be provided. 
This Soccer VBS is intended for children 6-14 years old and will run from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.  There is a minimal charge of $15 for the first child and $8 dollars for any other child. This fee will help cover the cost of t-shirts, meals, and crafts. 
Registration forms are available online at Each child needs to have a registration form completed. The form also allows you to pick a shirt size for your child(ren).
Badlands Bible Fellowship Baptist Church will also be hosting a VBS program this summer. Beginning July 8 through the 10, children are invited to attend from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Registration for the VBS will be held Sunday at 6 p.m. during a Block Party. A barbecue is scheduled to take place Wednesday, July 10 at 6 p.m.
