Free will chili feed will benefit hospital

 From Prairie Action League

Among the several topics discussed at the November meeting of the Prairie Action League was the chili feed fundraiser that will be hosted by PAL Tuesday evening, Dec. 20. The free will offering chili feed will raise funds for the purchase of flannel sheets for Prairie Community Hospital residents.

PAL members will be serving chili from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 20 at the parking lot of Stockman Bank during Terry’s final Terrific Tuesday event.
Other topics included preparations for the annual PAL dance, set for February 11 at the American Legion. PAL also made its annual  Christmas donations to the Prairie Community Center for $200,  Stocking fund $200, and also a $100  donation for the Community Thanksgiving Dinner. Since the "T" project was completed this summer, PAL was able to make $1,500 donation to Terry High School for a scorer’s table. It is expected to arrive in time for the January basketball games.
The December meeting has been cancelled. The next PAL meeting is set for January 9, where final plans of the PAL dance will take place.
